HRPR is a small business passionate about minimising waste, each print is made to order, so please note we do NOT accept returns or offer refunds for prints ordered in the incorrect size, prints that are no longer wanted and orders that are incorrectly addressed.
Once you receive your order confirmation, please make sure all the information provided is correct, or contact us before your order is dispatched if you have any amendments.
If your print arrives damaged or is unable to be delivered to the correct address, please get in touch for a replacement order or a full refund.
